Whats involved with moving your mobile home?
It's OK to leave Large Personal Items
(Furniture, Appliances, Beds, etc...)
in the mobile home while it's being moved.
The different services to move a mobile home is

  1. Remove all the "Accessories" (Carports, Awnings, Skirting, Porch And Steps).
  2. Install Transit Equipment (Axles, Tires And Hitches). If you don't have them they will be
    provided.
  3. Disconnect Utilities (Water, Sewer, Gas, Electric, Phone And Cable)
  4. Unblock the mobile home by removing all it's pier supports (Piers, Pads And Tops)
  5. Loading the trailer or flatbed with all the "Accessories", Utility Lines and Pier Supports.

If your mobile home is a double wide then we unbolt the roof and floor lag bolts and split the two
half apart about 3ft to install transit plastic.

Special Wide Load Permits is for the mobile homes during transporting is wider than 12ft, then
the transporter would need a wide load permit, special route from DMV and pilot car escorts.

Now the mobile home is ready for transport and haul all the ACCESSORIES to it's new location.

Once delivered, the mobile home is placed NEAR the final destination. We have "special roller
equipment" to move the mobile home forwards, backwards and sideways without a truck.

Once placed in it's final location, the steps are repeated just backwards.

  1. Block and Level each floor of your mobile home.
  2. Remove Transit Equipment and haul back to storage lot.
  3. Connect Utilities.
  4. unload Accessories and reinstall on the mobile home.
