- Setup some temporary lighting under the mobile home for the inspection and leveling.
- Check each pier and pad (make sure it's there, in good shape,and tight).
- Check for water leaks, moisture build and animal infestation.
- Check the mobile home and frame for level.
- Walk and show the customer the results of the inspection and leveling needs.
- Make repairs including leveling and re-install skirting
- Walk and show the customer the results after repairs are completed.
